Amusing Ourselves to Death cartoon

As a fan of Pulp Fiction and someone who is sorely disappointed that I did not receive a Google Wave invitation this post was a natural to draw my attention.

The general consensus is that Googe’s (GOOG) email-killer Wave is “impressive” but “useless.”

Well, we’re not sure that last criticism can stand anymore. Because, whoah, check out what this guy did with Wave and a scene from Pulp Fiction:

I am still eagerly awaiting the day my Google Wave invitation arrives in my Gmail. Given I believe it will revolutionize the very fabric of the internet, it’s kinda funny the first thing I share about it is something so totally useless.

But is not the power to light our imaginations one of the truly glorious things about the internet? If so, this “Wave” is not “totally useless”… and it also happens to be brilliant too boot.
